THE DEVELOPMENT will consist of a 6-storey residential condominium fronting on Gladstone Avenue. The residential-use building will include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom suites yielding 30 units. Access to the 2-level underground parking garage will be from a new lane and will be acheived with 2 car lifts.

SITEPLANTECH INC. was retained to prepare a functional servicing report in support of an official plan amendment / rezoning application and to prepare a detailed Stormwater Management report as well as servicing, grading and erosion control engineering plans in support of a Site Plan application for the proposed development.
