THE DEVELOPMENT will consist of a 9-storey mixed-use condominium with ground floor retail fronting on Highway 2. The mixed-use building will include approximately 300 m² of commercial space, a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites and 3- and 4-storey townhouses yielding 189 units.

SITEPLANTECH was retained to prepare a Functional Servicing Report and preliminary servicing and grading design in support of an Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment.
