THE DEVELOPMENT will form a 3-storey mixed use building fronting Huron Street and a 2-storey laneway residential building. The mixed-use building will consist of a total of approximately 220 square meters of commercial space located on the ground and second floor, as well as a 3-bedroom third floor residential rental unit. The laneway residential building will consist of a 5-bedroom rental unit.

SITEPLANTECH was retained to prepare a Functional Servicing and Stormwater Management Report, in support of an Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning Application and to investigate water supply, sanitary sewerage and storm drainage for the proposed development.
