Led by founder Pascal Monat, SITEPLANTECH brings together experienced civil engineers who pair technical depth with a personal, relationship‑driven approach to every site.

Pascal Monat, P.Eng., is a practicing engineering since 1999 and has an extensive knowledge in various facets of land development engineering. Pascal has residential and commercial site experience the include the review of potential developments; review of site plan concept; preparation servicing feasibility reports; preparation of cost estimates; preparation and review of vendor’s obligation schedules for purchase and sale agreements. His experience also includes detailed design of storm, sanitary and water services; grading and erosion & sedimentation control; co-ordination of permit approvals with Regulatory Agencies; preparation of tender and contract documents, as well as contract administration.
Kara St. Hillaire, C.E.T., has been working in Civil Engineering since 2012 and has experience creating and managing various aspects of site plan design including writing functional servicing and stormwater management reports as well as creating site grading, site servicing and erosion and sediment control drawings. Kara also has experience in road and trail design along with the preparation of earth excavation quantities, material calculations and cost estimates. With a background in graphic design, Kara is also experienced in preparing a variety of infographics to relay proposed engineering plans, municipal assets, road cross-section visualizations and other engineering concepts to the public.


Nathaniel Lai, has been working in Civil Engineering, as a developer, since 2015 and has experience in construction management, site review and various aspects of site plan design including writing functional servicing and stormwater management reports as well as creating site grading, servicing and erosion and sediment control plans. Nate also has experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
